Visa Mastercard Paypal Orders usually take 24 hours to process. Once processed, barring any problems (i.e. sold out stock or credit card/billing address questions), orders are shipped out. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a second email confirmation with tracking information. SALES TAX Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders purchased in California or shipped to California. SHIPPING & HANDLING We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail and Priority International, unless otherwise indicated. Please note that orders will not be shipped until your order has been processed, which could take from 24-72 hours. ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING & HANDLING OPTIONS Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to use a different method of shipping your order. We can give you estimates to see which mode of shipping you would prefer. We are willing to work with you. BACKORDERS There will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 1-2 weeks. We can keep your order open and let you know when the item is back in stock or, if you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@monkeyhousetoys.com or give us a call at 323-662-3437. We regret that we are unable to provide estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products EXACTLY. We will, however, try our best in keeping all customers up to date with new developments with backordered items. We PROMISE to keep you informed. RETURN POLICY If you receive the item damaged (not from a manufacturing defect - see Defective Product Return Policy below), you must contact us within 5 (FIVE) DAYS of receipt for instructions, at either info@monkeyhousetoys.com. This is very important because some damaged merchandise is damaged in route. We will resolve those issues as quickly as possible with the least amount of inconvenience to you. In order to do this, you must e-mail us (please include pictures of damage if possible and KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BOXES. We will need to have all the original packaging.) at info@monkeyhousetoys.com. We will review the case with the post office, or whichever deliver service is used, i.e. UPS or Fedex, for faulty shipment, then send you the item, an exchange or credit once we hear a ruling. Otherwise, all sales are final. We cannot replace any art, handmade or vintage items due to their rare or one-of-a-kind nature. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. You must contact us at info@monkeyhousetoys.com within FIVE (5) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting Monkeyhouse Toys in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to info@monkeyhousetoys.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. |
